for MIDDLESBROUGH MAGIC SHIP 282 (G)

PANDORA POEM
You were my muse
but now no more,
I have the god Janus
to guard my door.

He looks both ways
to see you come,
he looks both ways
to see you're gone.

He sees the good
and bad in you,
and it's the bad
that rings most true.

Yes you were my muse
fallen from the sky,
you were the apple
of this poet's eye.

I gave you space
and too much rope,
you're Pandora's Box...
just free of hope.
